Shipments to Canada will incure a $4.95 handling charge on all orders.

USA Policies
Sandbox Couture will ship via UPS or USPS at its discretion.

**$75.00 applies to merchandise only, not gift wrapping, taxes, or shipping and handling charges.

Standard Delivery
Orders will typically arrive in 2 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Orders shipped Standard Service will be delivered via UPS Ground or U.S.P.S.

Priority Delivery
Orders will typically arrive in 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays)after Sandbox Couture has shipped order from it's warehouse. Sandbox Couture does not guarantee or refund shipping charges if a product does not arrive as guaranteed by carrier. The carrier's and their performance is out of our control.

Delivery Times
If you are trying to estimate when a product will arrive, keep in mind that credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to processing. Orders are typically processed and leave our warehouse within 24 hours from time of purchase.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
If a customer provides us with an incorrect shipping address, Sandbox Couture reserves the right to charge the customer�s credit card for any additional shipping charges incurred as a result of such error.

International Policies
Sandbox Couture currently ships internationally to Canada via Standard Delivery Only. Standard Delivery Orders will typically arrive in 5 - 10 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Orders shipped Standard Service will be delivered via UPS or U.S.P.S. at Sandbox Couture's discretion. Certain Manufacturers do not allow shipments from the U.S. to Canada. We will notify you in these instances.

Additional Information for Canadian Customer We are required to calculate the total amount you paid for your items and list all items in your shipment on the required Customs Forms. You may be asked by your government agencies to pay addional fees, duties, taxes etc. as required by your local laws. Sandbox Couture is not responsible for these additional fees. Additionally, Sandbox Couture will not reimburse customer for products held up in customs. Once a product has been verified as shipped by a U.S. carrier, Sandbox Couture assumes no further liability for delivery unless it was responsible for a processesing error such as entering wrong information on shipping label.
